Cancellation Policy

We understand that you may sometimes need to change or cancel an order. This policy explains how cancellations work at Bappify.store.

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
You can request a cancellation before your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

To cancel your order:

    Please include your order number in the message.

If your order has not yet been packed or shipped, we’ll cancel it and process a full refund within 1–2 business days to your original payment method.

Note: Requests sent through social media platforms such as Instagram or Facebook will not be accepted.

2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If you still wish to cancel, please accept the delivery and raise a return request under our Return & Refund Policy.

3. COD Order Cancellation
COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may require confirmation via phone, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Unconfirmed COD orders may be automatically cancelled after a few hours.
Repeated COD cancellations may result in the COD payment option being disabled for future orders.

4. Prepaid Order Refunds
If your prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, we’ll process a full refund to your original payment method (UPI, wallet, credit/debit card, etc.). Refunds usually appear in 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.

5. Seller Cancellations
We may cancel an order in certain cases, including:

  • Product is out of stock or discontinued

  • Invalid or incomplete shipping address

  • Order flagged as suspicious or high-risk by our payment system

In such cases, you’ll be informed promptly, and a full refund will be issued (if payment was made).
