1. How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 working days

  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 3–6 working days

  • Remote Areas: 5–8 working days
    Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen events.

2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders above ₹499 qualify for free shipping. Orders below ₹499 have a ₹49 shipping charge. Some remote areas may incur a small additional fee.

3. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us via email or WhatsApp. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible; you can initiate a return after delivery.

4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for select pin codes.

5. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Use this link to check your delivery status in real time.

6. What is your return and refund policy?
Returns are accepted for wrong or defective items only, within 3 days of delivery. A clear unboxing video is required for all returns. Refunds are processed to the original payment source within 8–15 working days after approval.

7. Can I exchange a product?
Yes! Exchanges are allowed for defective, damaged, or wrong items within 3 days of delivery. Size-based exchanges (if applicable) may have a ₹150 handling fee.

8. Do you deliver internationally?
Currently, we deliver only within India. For bulk or export inquiries, please contact us directly.

9. What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide an unboxing video showing the issue. We cannot process replacements or refunds without video proof.
